4. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to order cancellations

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon inspection.
